Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

Thanks for the update remiq. I think what I'm going to have to do here is
to set up a sipp scenario to imitate the conditions instead of trying to
write more patches for others to test. When I have something that is
working for me, I'll upload my changes here.
