Summary:                    [patch] Patch: seg fault in chan_local when
other->generator is used without checking that other is not null
Description: 
Vicidial provoked three segfaults in one day with 1.4.23.1, all the same
issue - a segfault in local_queue_frame when "other" was deferenced without
checking that it wasn't null.
