Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

mmichelson,

I tested your patch and I found that when Media Gateway receives the
re-invite it immediately sends a BYE message which causes the call to
disconnect.
