Summary: [patch] Support additonal FXS module alerting
methods before FSK spill
Description:
Proposal to implement the other TE Alerting signals from ETSI 300 659 that
can preceed the FSK spill;
DT-AS: Dual Tone Alerting Signal.
LR+DT-AS: Line Reversal + Dual Tone Alerting Signal.
RP-AS: Ring Pulse Alerting Signal. Is already done with mwisendtype=rpas
This is a continuation of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=14104 which
added the fundamental methods to use.
