Summary: User's timezone cannot be set in GUI which is
important for voicemail timestamps.
Description:
With mere text file configuration, a user's timezone is set in
voicemail.conf with the 'tz=eastern' option. This causes voicemail
timestamps to correctly reflect the user's timezone.

This option doesn't appear to exist in the GUI.
