There appears to be a regression in LibPRI between versions 1.2.3 and 1.2.4
regarding Asterisk's ability to pass through 64k data calls between ISDN
endpoints.

Matt,

Just FYI, I've passed this by Mark Vince at AT&T as well, and he confirms
that for an unrestricted 64k data call, that there should only be 4 octets
(and not 5 like Asterisk was sending).  He checked specifically against the
4ESS spec, and I've checked both 5ESS and National, and they all seem to
agree.
