Summary:                    [patch] Add option s to chanspy
Description: 
I wanted to be able to continue in the dialplan after I spied on a single
channel. As best I could tell there was no way to get out of the chanspy
application without hanging up the phone that was doing the spying. If the
argument to chanspy only matches a single channel then if one pushes the *
key on their phone then the chanspy application will exit.
