Summary:                    [patch] unloading chan_iax2.so segfaults asterisk
Description: 
Normally I wouldn't have done this during the production day, but I did!

Immediately after 'module unload chan_iax2.so' is execute at the console,
Asterisk segfaults.

backtrace attached, after recompile with 'DON'T OPTIMIZE' enabled.
