Summary:                    [patch] Audiohook volume does not honor the write
adjustment when both is specified
Description: 
In 1.6.1 and trunk - when ast_audiohook_volume_set or
ast_audiohook_volume_adjust is requested with direction both - only the
read adjustment is updated
