Summary:                    HTML encoding
Description:
There is not any parameters for html page encoding.
A lot of systems works on UTF-8.

In example:
linux-server-config-UTF-8
vs
windows-client-InternetExplorer-default-CP1250/ISO-8859-2

Please, add to htmls:
<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;charset=..." />

Hey guys,
Because the GUI uses iframes using any type of DOCTYPE won't work :-/
However, I have updated the GUI to use meta "Content-Type"s and that should
be enough to resolve this issue.
