Summary:                    users do not show up in sip show peers
Description: 
Users are not created properly.


Creating a user seems to be correct.
if the users is set hassip and hasiax 
then iax2 show peers lists the users
but sip show peers does not.

Adding type=peer to users.conf for the user resolves the issue.

- 'type=peer' now added to pbx.users.{add|edit}
- added an onload checker if a user doesn't have a type attribute, it
gives it
  one
