Summary:                    [patch] SIP Unique Channel Name
Description: 
SIP Channel names are only unique while they are active. Channels should
have a permanently-unique name for debug purposes. 
Changes channel naming scheme from "SIP/{PEERNAME}-{sip_pvt pointer addr}"
to
"SIP/{PEERNAME}-{sip_pvt pointer addr}-{SECS}.{USECS}"
