Summary:                    TDM400P card unable to get the hook status when
system started
Description: 
HI, I am Ram from India.

I have been using Asterisk for couple of years.Recently i upgraded to
Asterisk-1.4,23 and zaptel-1.4.12 calls are working fine.

I kept TDM400P card in Asterisk Box and connected line to it. It shows as
offhook status but when i reboot the system it shows as onhook.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

When i run dmesg command it shows.

BATTERY on 1/1 (-)! ----------> line is connected to channel 1
NO BATTERY on 1/2!
NO BATTERY on 1/3!
NO BATTERY on 1/4!

When i run zap show channel 1 command it shows onhook status so can nt
make calls out.

I'm closing this issue for essentially the same reasons I used when closing
