Summary:                    [patch] Block Reverse Calls
Description: 
This patch block every reverse/collect calls on a ISDN trunk.
So, once patched, asterisk will never receive these calls.

Also, I am pretty sure I have figured out the problem.  Let me know what
version of asterisk you are running and I will throw together a patch for
you.
