error on console when using wcb4xxp
Description: 
When a wcb4xxp is connected as a BRI span in TE mode, you get errors like:

[Dec 2 22:02:48] WARNING[4759]: chan_dahdi.c:3008 pri_find_dchan: No
D-channels available! Using Primary channel 6 as D-channel anyway!
[Dec 2 22:02:49] WARNING[4758]: chan_dahdi.c:3008 pri_find_dchan: No
D-channels available! Using Primary channel 3 as D-channel anyway!
[Dec 2 22:03:19] WARNING[4759]: chan_dahdi.c:3008 pri_find_dchan: No
D-channels available! Using Primary channel 6 as D-channel anyway!

Just to report another situation when driver DAHDI goes to red alarm and
doesn't know how to recover: 

Sometimes (one time in dozen of calls), after succesfull call bri-span
goes to RED (pri_find_dchan: No D-channels available!") and doesn't recover
from that, but instead console is filled with (it is seen on console with
pri debug span 1):

Sending Set Asynchronous Balanced Mode Extended

This can happen for hours or until I give "dahdi restart" CLI command,
after what console is filled with: "Sending TEI management message 1,
TEI=127" in a way I reported in note
