While working on another patch dicovered this
 dahdi_hooksig(&wc->chans[card], DAHDI_RXSIG_OFFHOOK);

Were in all the other dahdi_hooksig calls in the same function they are
with the '&'.
 dahdi_hooksig(wc->chans[card], DAHDI_RXSIG_OFFHOOK);
