Summary:                    [patch] Add environment variables to #exec for
config files, add new AST_BUILD dialplan function
Description: 
This patch adds the following functionality

1) Makes several environment variables available to #exec config files

AST_SYSTEMNAME 
AST_BUILD_HOST
AST_BUILD_DATE
AST_BUILD_KERNEL
AST_BUILD_MACHINE
AST_BUILD_OS
AST_BUILD_USER
AST_VERSION

2) adds a new dialplan function AST_BUILD() to retrieve the above
variables in the dialplan
