I have exactly the same problem.
The version I am trying to get running now is "Asterisk
SVN-branch-1.6.0-r193121" although I reproduced it on 1.6.0.9 as well.

DAHDI Version: 2.1.0.4

Seems that the GUI is a bit behind at the moment. We also picked up a
separate incoming call bug. Hope that's addressed too.
