Summary:                    [patch] Added Analog DID for Sweden
Description: 
I have added functionality to the Asterisk PBX software (v1.2 and v1.4):

* Purpose: to be able to interface a PBX using Decadic signalling
  for DID (Direct Inward Dialling), the type used in Sweden.

* Status: up and running since 2006-12-12 (Asterisk version 1.2).
  An Asterisk with these additions connected to a legacy PBX does DID.
  Also tested with version 1.4.

I have written a short description, se attached file
Decadic_DID_2007-05-21.txt. The patches are for Asterisk 1.4 (1.2 are
quite similar.)

Unfortunately, at this point this code has fallen very out of date.  These
patches will need to be ported to Asterisk trunk and DAHDI.  If someone is
willing to do this and verify that things still work as expected, I would
be happy to have someone work on reviewing it for inclusion.  Until then, I
am marking this issue as suspended.
