Description: 
This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

there where some heavy changes in the rtp stuff so this is out of sync and
at the moment noone has (provided) a patch to get it back in sync, if
someone can help, please do! This is (imho) one of the most important
features and one of the oldest patches ever...
