Close Bugs
Description: 
This is a plugin for mantis that eliel found:

http://deboutv.free.fr/mantis/plugin.php?plugin=Reminder


This would be a great feature to have so that when a bug is put into
feedback status, it could email bug marshals to close an issue when the
reporter hasn't responded.

If we could test this out on a development system first to verify it'll do
what we need, then that would be great too.
