Summary:                    SIP Realtime qualify goes crazy till Asterisk crash
Description: 
After 30h uptime, on CLI we got a lot of such messages:

[May 30 07:14:07] NOTICE[24821] chan_sip.c: Peer 'taday' is now
UNREACHABLE!  Last qualify: 982
[May 30 07:14:07] NOTICE[24821] chan_sip.c: Peer 'taday' is now
UNREACHABLE!  Last qualify: 982
[May 30 07:14:07] NOTICE[24821] chan_sip.c: Peer '1567' is now
UNREACHABLE!  Last qualify: 3918
[May 30 07:14:07] NOTICE[24821] chan_sip.c: Peer '1567' is now
UNREACHABLE!  Last 

after which Asterisk died.
