Summary:                    Audio lost in following prompts after DTMF pressed
during Background()
Description: 
Topology:

PRI --> Asterisk (Background() --> Playback()) --> Phone

When a DTMF key is pressed during the Background() application, any
following prompts no longer have audio played back over the PRI. The
initial prompt in the Background() application plays fine however.

This is closed because I was unable to reproduce this with dvossel, and he
was unable to reproduce locally. I will reopen should this become an issue
again.
