Summary:                    version 1.6.1.1 problem with audio playback
Description: 
After upgrade form 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.1
playback and background applications have problem with audio files.
They don't produce expected sound. Wheter i call through my isp which
forwards calls to my pbx (IAX trunk) or localy with Zoiper client the
output of these applications is similar to this

PlayTones works well. Voice when the call is set up between peers is also
ok.

Actually, since this looks just slightly different from my issue, I'm going
to reopen it and mark it as related. However, I'm pretty sure the
underlying issue will end up being the same.
