Summary:                    Audio lost in following prompts after DTMF pressed
during Background()
Description: 
Topology:

PRI --> Asterisk (Background() --> Playback()) --> Phone

When a DTMF key is pressed during the Background() application, any
following prompts no longer have audio played back over the PRI. The
initial prompt in the Background() application plays fine however.
