Summary:                    invalid SIP/NOTIFY header (Multiple values in
single-value header Event and Content-Type)
Description: 
asterisk sending wrong SIP/NOTIFY header to client, notify header contain:
Multiple values in single-value header Event
Multiple values in single-value header Content-Type
xlite softphone refuses this incorrect header with
SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request
and presence states doesn't work at all (all contact are displayed as
offline/unknown) 
this is regression, in SVN trunk r183107 it was fine
