build_peer() in chan_sip.c

Second file is provided in the zip archive, due to its extremely large
size.

what do you have with realtime? what i see that the realtime count which is
showed in sip show objects counts up (from 300 first to 40000!)

do you have allowguests or something on and realtime peers?
