updating the realtime DB with the fromlocation, it gets put into the astdb
- perhaps load-related?

If I patch chan_sip.c to remove the ast_db_del ast_db_get and ast_db_put,
this situation doesn't seem to happen - I've not heavily load tested this.

from what I can guess, asterisk loses connection with realtime for a split
second, causing the peer info to be retrieved from the astdb which doesn't
causing this OPTIONS bomb.

I'm still picking through this to find a way to prove it, but that's what
I've come up with so far.
