reactivation of the line whenever the telco deactivates the line. But the
real solution would be to keep the line deactivated until we have a call to
make. The telco will activate again the line if it has a call to pass.

Is that feature difficult to add ? Does someone has pointers as to what
code should be modified (dahdi, chan_dahdi or libpri) ?
