Now about this other issue, the hookstate value should be checked by the
available() function only if DAHDI_CHECK_HOOKSTATE is defined. If not (by
default), the hookstate shouldn't even be considered. The ifdef are placed
correctly in FXSLS signalling, why not in KS and GS case?
Your patch seem to resolve something I don't understand (what does CAS
mean?), but it should still be placed inside an "ifdef
DAHDI_CHECK_HOOKSTATE".

Am I crazy? :-)
