caller.  It's odd that both have a disposition of "NO ANSWER"

The next two CDRs represent the inbound call from queue and it being first
put on hold.  The first of these two events has the correct disposition
"ANSWERED" but then the next one shows "FAILED".  The fourth cdr entry
represents when the inbound channel is redirected from the extension who
received the queue call to the music on hold context but for some reason
shows details from the final redirect to a meetme conference (when the
inbound call is bridged with the outbound call).

The fifth cdr is where we generate an outbound call from the meetme
conference to the person we're transferring the call to (using Local
channel) and the sixth cdr entry is the other side of that Local channel
connecting to the meetme conference.

The seventh cdr is the channel of the original inbound call recipient
being redirected to the meetme conference with the outbound call.

The last cdr entry is the original inbound channel being redirected from
the music on hold context to the meetme conference with the outbound call.
