Should return a score of:

length: 1
upper: 0
lower: 0
punctuation: 0
digit: 1

This should return a score of 2. The default is 4, and I've uncommented
the sip.conf option "minimumpasswordstrength=yes"

However, the peer I have:

[00085D193AB5]
type=friend
context=start
host=dynamic
password=101


Is able to register fine. Not sure why that is, but it doesn't look like
this is working.
