Summary:                    Need the ability to select any extension for
Operator from the Options panel
Description: 
The ability to select any extension from users, ring groups, voice menus,
queues, etc is needed so that an operator can be one from a group of
people.

You certainly wouldn't expect Bell to have only one extension answering 0.
