Summary:                    Can't forward voicemail when using IMAP storage
Description: 
Voicemail forwarding fails when using IMAP voicemail storage (when using
the handset - not when using an IMAP mail client).

Now I'm confused.  Forwarding seems to be working consistently (whether the
user already has an IMAP box or not).  So odd.  I remember testing this on
at least a dozen mailboxes and it didn't work on any of them.  Now it works
on all of them.

I see according to the changelog that there have been many fixes to
app_voicemail.c since 1.6.0.9.  I may update this system so I'm not looking
at old bugs.
