Hi

i frequently i see this error after 5  to 20  try then many time ok and
some times
see this error : 

cli :

i use realtime for iax & sip

i have problem with 
qualify=yes and no

in asterisk 1.6.1 also this :
pbx.c:4384 ast_context_remove_extension_callerid2: Cannot find extension
500 in root_table in context iaxregistrations
