Summary: [patch] sig_pri.c Trying To Set NPI When There Is No
Destination Number
Description:
When trying to send a call to a group and one of the groups is a PRI,
sig_pri sets the variable used to check NPI incorrectly. This appears to
be a regression that was introduced with the recent removal of signalling
from chan_dahdi.

I hope that the attached patch is the correct fix.
