Summary:                    [patch] Add config options to change some dial
features
Description: 
Add options to config file to enable using different dial patterns for
features such as call waiting (*70), cancallforward (*72), etc. I've not
implemented all the features, just the ones that were affecting my
dialplan, but thought this might be useful for someone else, or it may be
expanded to allow dahdi/zapata dial features to be changed without needing
additions to the dialplan.

Can you update this patch for trunk, as that is where all new features will
be committed to. Features will not go into an existing 1.6.x branch.
