Summary:                    switch => does not work with variables
Description: 
switch => IAX2/server_b/contextname works fine

switch => IAX2/server_b/${contextname} dials number@ 
${contextname} will not be send to server_b

tried with asterisk 1.4.25.1 and 1.6.0.10
