Using version 1.4.25.1 with and higher causes Certificate Failure with
dovecot using PLAIN authentication

It turned out to be a dovecot and voicemail.conf config change. For some
reason even though I was using PLAIN authentication, asterisk 1.4.24.1 and
higher started handing out TLS Handshakes. I was able to resolve this by
adding imapflags=notls to voicemail.conf and adding self signed certs to
dovecot...
