Summary: Issues cross-compiling dahdi-tools 2.2.0
Description:
Directory paths for header files specified via --with-usb=... (etc) are not
passed into sub-makes utils-subdirs/xpp. This causes cross-compiles to
fail.

I'm attaching the entire logs as well.
