Summary:                    Problem with queue
Description: 
I using asterisk 1.4.23.

On all agent, i set call waiting = disable.

But "some time", agent still get 2 concurrent call (incoming call while
talking to other, 2 incoming call at same time, ...). 

I use queue with:
- round robin memory strategy.
- skip busy agent = yes
- autofill = yes

On agent, i set call waiting = disable.

Why agent still receive 2 incoming call at same time?
