Summary:                    Distorted audio
Description: 
First outgoing call always has scrambled audio. After an incoming call with
clear audio, the following calls had also good audio. After a while of not
using, outgoing calls are scrambeled again until an incoming call occurs.

Just curious if people who were having this issue are still having this
issue with the latest chan_mobile? There has been quite a bit of work on it
by mnicholson over the last few months.
