Summary:                    MAILBOX_EXISTS crashes Asterisk when called with
empty argument
Description: 
MAILBOX_EXISTS crashes Asterisk when you call it without an argument. While
it is obviously a bug in our dial plan that it gets called that way,
crashing is a bit harsh.

We use app_voicemail_plain.
