Summary:                    Initial login to clean install of gui cycles on
setting up dial plan screen
Description: 
The bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=14171 is still not fixed.  I can
reproduce this using svn
checkouts of asterisk 1.6.0, gui 2.0 and dahdi on CentOS 5.2.  The problem
can be resolved by manually running detectdahdi.sh in the gui/scripts
folder and must be missing from the install procedures.

I've been able to replicate this. From my understand, this happens when
dahdi is not installed on a system. A fix is coming.
