Summary:                    Friends do not appear in sip show peers cli
Description: 
If a peer is of type=user it does not appear in sip show peers. I assume
that this is regarded as correct behaviour. However if a peer is of
type=friend it is also omitted from sip show peers. Since friend=user+peer
this appears to be incorrect behaviour.
