Summary:                    [patch] Sending silence while recording
Description: 
Hi, we're working with a sip-provider that drops call if we stop RTP
stream; this happens regularly when we redirect a call to app_voicemail. We
tried to set asterisk.conf/transmit_silence_during_record and
sip.conf/rtpkeepalive without success.

There has been no progress on this issue since my last comment, and I
confirmed that the option does indeed work. If it does not please reopen
and attach your configuration. Thanks.
