Summary:                    [patch] Transcoding breaks jitterbuffering
Description: 
Asterisk doesn't copy or regenerate ts, len or seqno when transcoding from
the original frame to the transcoded frame. The jitterbuffer then sees a
frame with bad timing info and fails to dejitter the frame.

I guess this is only happening when you transcode to G.729 with a
jitterbuffer? I don't get this issue with GSM.

I was trying to test on this machine which doesn't have G.729 on it.
