Summary: Some users can not have Karma assigned to them
Description:
Sometimes when trying to give karma to certain users, I get:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type ADORecordSet_mysql as array in
/var/www/insects.digium.com/karma_transactions.php on line 60
But other users have no problem. When I find one of those users, it seems
to always happen to them no matter how many times I try, so it's like some
column in the DB has corrupted, or incompatible data?

I am unable to assign karma (testing a patch and reporting results) to
kc0bvu on issue 14308 because of the error message mentioned in this
report. So it's definitely still occurring.
