Summary:                    queue show command only show "Not in use"
Description: 
Hi,
  The "queue show XXXX"  command ever show agents with status "Not in
use", but Static Agents have calls.

  I attached the results and configs.

I discovery one interesting thing, that can be useful.

The queue show XXXX command show calls only in momment that SIP peer agent
is "(Ringing)", when SIP peer is agent is "(In use)" the number calls is 0
