Description:
core-sounds-en.txt file is outdated. Providing csv file with the following
columns:
"Present/actual filename", "Filename in core-sounds-en.txt file", "Text".
To sum up:
1. One file described in core-sounds-en.txt is missing (phonetic/niner)
2. 59 files are not in core-sounds-en.txt file and so have no annotation
